Free Activity Packets

Designed by our Curriculum Specialists, these handouts present environmental concepts to students of all ages designed to be done at home. Highlighting single concepts from our River-Lab and Community Programs, these activities are short lessons that can be used at home for discussion and guided discovery. Using inquiry based education, these lessons ask students to analyze new concepts using familiar ideas.
A fill in the blank scavenger hunt using the alphabet to identify things that contribute to a healthy watershed.
See if you can identify these animals using camouflage. Camouflage is an adaptation used by organisms that helps them be protected and find food. Use the game to consider how organisms adapt to their environments.
